In this case study, the primary goal was to increase sales while keeping spending either the same or proportionally lower than other sales growth. Several challenges were identified, including logistics issues, prohibited terms in listing content, poor images, and irrelevant backend search terms. To address these challenges, the team obtained necessary certifications, removed prohibited keywords, improved listing content, and invested in revamping listings, images, and content.
